I spoke with Michael several times regarding a re-fi. He quoted me some very attractive packages. However, rather than lose my current mortgage load, my current lender has offered to modify my loan at a lower interest rate. I once again talked to Michael to see if he could offer a comparable package. He recommended to take what my lender was offering.

Michael was very courteous and professional. He was of great help and should interest rates fall again, I would make sure I once again communicate with him.

I know we talk a lot about how good Michael is, but he takes it a step further. Because of him, one of my clients who has been thinking about refinancing for almost a year now (and who went through our system with no results before), is going to refinance a $560,000 mortgage today.

But, through his process of looking at statements, etc., he also talked to my client about his holdings in a bank account, so he is working on closing investment business for me, too.
